Service Description

The purpose of the Discovery Session is to see if coaching or mentoring will be a good fit for you. SPACES ARE LIMITED therefore a booking fee will be required to secure your appointment. A Discovery Questionnaire/Intake Form will need to be completed prior to your scheduled appointment so that I can learn how to best support you! You will receive a confirmation email after you book your appt that will also include instructions on how to access the questionnaire.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us via email keyottacollins@gmail.com or phone @2253058126 24 hours before session begins. If not communicated there will be a $25 fee charge. After 2 NO SHOWS all future appointments will be cancelled.
