Today during my devotional time with God, I read Matthew 2 and when I finished reading, I began talking to the Holy Spirit and I asked Him what He wanted me to get from the passage. I looked over the passage and there it was. There were 4 prophesies in this one chapter that was fulfilled. Before Jesus was born it was prophesied where He will be born, where He will live, what will happen around that time, and what they will call Him. These things were prophesied to Israel many years before they ever came to pass.
I realized it didn’t matter how King Herod, who was used by Satan, tried to kill Yeshua (Jesus), it still came to pass. It didn’t matter that his parents had to flee and hide, it was all a part of the prophecy because it still came to pass. What promises have God given you that you have forgotten about or maybe you no longer believe? Remember during the appointed time, it shall come to pass!! Don’t think that what you have done has messed up God’s plan because God’s will, will always prevail. I’m here to tell you, it shall come to pass!!
